Relationship Rules For Smart Women

If you want a steady, dependable relationship, you will need to find a steady, dependable man.

This is just the tip of the iceberg, but may be a good start when starting a new relationship.  Love yourself and enjoy the times when you are single and have no one to answer to!
Here’s a list of things about relationships that smart women should know.

  • If you play a game, be prepared to lose. That does happen you know.
  • If a man behaves like he can have any woman in the room, he will eventually try to do it.
  • If he looks like he spends more time than you in front of the mirror, he probably does. Do you really want this exotic house plant?
  • If you love a man who is “looking for himself,” no matter how interesting he is, he is probably not looking to marry you!
  • If he claims to be commitment phobic, it’s unlikely that he will change for you.
  • If the relationship is fraught with problems and heart ache, marriage will not magically turn it around.
  • A sense of self means you know what you have to offer. You don’t need to compromise or offer it too quickly.
  • If you have a better time remembering the past than living in the present, it’s time to end it.
  • If you want a steady, dependable relationship, you will need to find a steady, dependable man. Don Juan isn't going to do it.
  • Crying is for weddings and funerals, not Saturday nights. If he makes you cry on weekends, run.
  • Have the good sense to appreciate a man who has no interesting problems.
  • If you love soap operas, watch them. Don’t be with a man who turns your life in to one.
  • If the wrong men keep finding you, you are giving off the wrong signals. Start rethinking yourself.
  • If he can’t be found with a phone call, he deserves to get lost.
  • A smart woman does not need a man to make her feel loved and worthy! She is all this anyway.

10 Signs of a Serious Relationship

While some dalliances don’t get beyond the third date, some actually evolve quite a bit over the course of time. The following signs point to a solid future.

You’re (almost) always together: And in case this is not possible, you grab every chance to spend time with each other. You always have things to share, or simply revel in that glorious thing  called companionable silence.

This is my boyfriend/girlfriend: When you introduce each other to friends and colleagues as your better half, you know something serious could well be taking form. Not many people go around publicising their “relationships” with sex friends or losers they’re ashamed to date but date anyway.

PDA could well be your middle name: The PDA you indulge in is not the over-aggressive I’ll-rip-your-clothes-off-in-public kind. Rather, it’s a little bubble where only the two of you exist — eyes locked, fingers entwined, bodies subtly touching…

Nakedness is not a big deal: Not the nakedness that’s a natural part of having sex… with the lights dimmed, the blankets covering half your body and your eyes not drawn to dimpled cellulite and love handles. When you start nonchalantly changing/showering in front of each other, it’s a big step up.

You value each other’s opinions: When faced with issues regarding your career, family, friends — and of course, your relationship — you take important decisions together. You talk about things and then come to a consensus, as opposed to a situation where you decide all by yourself and coolly him or vice-versa.

Families have been met: If this doesn't spell S-E-R-I-O-U-S, what does? The very fact that you've met his folks and that he’s met yours means you’re in it for the whole haul. And if your peeps have met each other.

You know each other’s financial situation: Have you begun sharing account details and bank statements? It definitely shows a deep commitment to each other.

At home in each other’s homes: His pad could well be a second home for you, and vice-versa. If you've gone as far as exchanging keys, you might just be exchanging rings/vows soon.

The future has been discussed: You've spoken about moving in together or getting married at a certain point in the future. about holidays you’ll take together, the kind of home you’ll live in, your kids’ names… stuff like that.

You take each other for granted: While this definitely isn't a good thing for any relationship (even with a family member/friend), it could be interpreted as a sign that (s)he will be there with you through thick and thin. Don’t (let him) take it too far through!

Compliments Men Give That Usually Backfire

Can anyone go wrong when complimenting a woman? No, right? But relationship counselors warn, that more often than not, women don’t hear what you intend to tell them, or hope to convey. They become both, sensitive and speculative. If you say ‘looking healthy’, she hears ‘fat’ and that isn't what you meant. Here are a few avoidable compliment errors that guys tend to make.

Looking young
Most women spend their entire teenage lives putting on makeup and buying clothes that made them look older. But when they finally hit their 20s, they like to dress young and so, want to hear just that.
But when you actually tell your 20-something-girlfriend, ‘looking young’, she thinks you are referring to her small bust size. No woman wants to hear that her bosom reminds you of the size befitting a 14-year-old. Be careful with the words there.

You look pretty when you smileWhat does that mean, she wonders. Does this mean she isn't otherwise? Besides, who walks around with a permanent grin 24/7. Being told to smile on command is like being told to do a dance in front of an audience. Women are not puppets. Instead, their face will light up when you actually make them laugh. So work harder on your witty quotient.

I love your personality
This sounds like a wonderful compliment to give. And your partner may probably smile politely and thank you for your words. But dating experts point out that even if your woman has a dynamic personality, or is a total geek, she may still want to hear how gorgeous she is and how you love her lustrous mane. So, go ahead and tell her how her pretty face compliments her amazing personality.

You are different
Women hate to hear, ‘You are not like the other girls I have dated’. They have spent most of their teenage years hoping to stand out for the guy they have had a crush on, hoping that they have that ‘something special’ that makes him choose her over the rest.
So while they may initially blush, they will be quick to realize the subtext: we are with a guy who thinks all girls are rubbish, even if we’re apparently the exception. Not cool.

You naive little one
No woman wants to hear that you think of her as naive or innocent. Not only does this mean you think of her as your little sister (gulp), but the subtext is also that she hasn't done anything that would qualify as experience (read between the lines).
To prove you wrong, she might spend the next few meetings bringing up every edgy encounter she may had just to prove you wrong.

You know how to have a good time
Even if it seems like an innocuous comment to pass, and makes her sound more fun and less boring, she thinks you think that she’s the one who’ll be up for endless nights of partying, watching porn, and kinky sex, and sometimes, ‘easy’. No woman wants to hear she comes off as easy to get into bed. So, sorry guys. Think of something better.

You're too smart for a girl
That’s being too chauvinistic. Women in scientific and legal fields tend to hear this sort of sexist comment too often. It is the kind of stuff that a woman with a mind should dump you for.

Looking healthy
Of all the things, women are sensitive about their weight. Even if your intention is sincere and you mean well, what she will hear is, ‘you’d look better if you shed a few kilos’. Avoid telling her she looks healthy. Remember her ears hear, ‘fat’.

14 Mind-Blowing Facts About Sex

No matter how many times you do it, sex is one such thing that will keep you curious forever. You can never be the master of it all, when it comes to the art of lovemaking. Nevertheless, knowing the details always helps, don't you think? Check out these mind-blowing facts about sex that will help you increase the temperature between the sheets. Let’s talk sex - the good, the bad and the ugly.

1. Studies reveal that the male organ can be slightly bent when erect. So don’t freak out the next time         your man is sporting something hard and something slightly bent.

2. Want to get fit and that too quickly? Make love as often as you can. Women burn more calories while     doing the deed than hitting the gym for hours. So the next time instead of splurging on gym swear,         get some sexy lingerie.

3. An orgasm is the best natural sedative. So next time you are tired and want to sleep long, just have       sex until you climax.

4. Orgasms can make you more creative. And a little more creativity never hurts, right? So try and             seduce your man for more orgasms.

5. Blue balls are for real. It is not just a term, but actually can happen. When more blood flows into the       male organ than out, the uneven flow causes an increase in the volume of blood in the genital region.     It results in testicles becoming engorged with blood.

6. Strippers make more money when ovulating. Scientists believe that it is because of their hormones.       Strip for your man when you are ovulating and create some serious heat in the bedroom.

7. Did you know that a woman’s breasts can swell up to 25 per cent when she is aroused? It makes             them super sensitive just so you know.

8. The average female orgasm lasts for about 25 seconds. So make the most out of it, eh!

9. According to the Smell and Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago, the most                   intoxicating smell for men is a combination of lavender and pumpkin pie. So kick those expensive           perfumes out of the window, already!

10. Other than the usual stuff, sex has other benefits too. Like for instance, the hormone oestrogen             which is produced during sex, can make your hair shiny and skin glow. Beauty parlours can take a         backseat now, what do you think?

11. Making your man last longer in bed is no rocket science. Just so you know, you can buy some time         by squeezing the head of his penis, and voila!

12. Did you know that by touching the sides of his torso, can trigger a nerve that makes his erection             harder? Next time, gently stroke his torso when making love for an action-packed session.

13. It’s hard to believe, but studies reveal that women fantasize more during sex than men. The more           time a woman spends fantasizing about doing the deed, the more sexual pleasure she is capable of       receiving and giving.

14. Worried if YOU will last longer in bed? Your climax can be more pleasurable if you raise your hips slightly and squeeze your pubic muscles before orgasming

NIGERIAN MILITARY: WEAPONS FOUND IN A BURNT CHURCH

The Nigerian Defence Headquarters said today that security officials had found and seized weapons stashed away by terrorists in a burnt church.
The military said the arrest of a terrorist who claims to be a Cameroonian and an arms courier for the unidentified terrorist group has led to the discovery of a large cache of arms and ammunition hidden in the premises of a burnt church in Kalabalge local government area of Borno State.
A statement released in Abuja by the DHQ spokesperson, Major General Chris Olukolade, said that the recovered weapons include anti-aircraft guns, rocket-propelled guns as well as other brands of machine guns. The weapons were reportedly found buried in the premises of one of the churches earlier burnt by terrorists. Also recovered from the location were thousands of various rounds of ammunition and links.
The military spokesman claimed that the middle-aged man who led troops on the cordon and search operation that yielded the weapons was one of the terrorists captured in a recent raid. He said the detained terrorist also disclosed that the weapons were stockpiled for use in a pending attack on some communities along the Nigeria-Cameroon border. The weapons have all been evacuated while security patrols are being maintained at the location and surrounding areas.
Meanwhile, General Olukolade said that troops have continued to carry out various operations as part of a broad counter-terrorist campaign.
The military statement added, “The caves of a particular mountain captured overnight [are] undergoing a thorough search for terrorists who are believed to have fled there in the wake of the on-going offensive on various terrorist enclaves. Arms are also the object of the cordon and search.
“The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Kenneth Minima has been checking on deployment and troops disposition in various locations of the theatre of the counter-terrorist campaign in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe States.
“The army chief, who is in company of his Air force counterpart, Air Marshal Adesola Amosu, also visited troops who were wounded in the course of the operation so far, in the Military Hospital in Maiduguri. The Chiefs were assured by the commander of the hospital, Brigadier General Okeke, that most of the wounded soldiers were in stable condition [and] that some who have recovered very well expressed their desire to re-join their units and colleagues in the operation.  The army chief however directed that the hospital should not hesitate to let him know the requirement for any case requiring referral or further treatment anywhere.
“The service chiefs are also undertaking a comprehensive air surveillance of the entire mission area in addition to the direct inspection of some key locations where operations are being conducted. They told reporters who accosted them for separate interviews while in Maiduguri that they were satisfied with the state and performance of the deployment so far, noting that substantial expectations of the counter-terrorist campaign were being achieved.”

NIGERIAN TROOPS CAPTURE MANDARA MOUNTAIN

The Islamist sect, Boko Haram, has lost one of its major enclaves –the famous Mandara Mountain – in Borno State  to soldiers as the   assault on the insurgents  intensifies across the Northeast.
An unspecified number of  insurgents  were  killed in sustained raids in and around the mountain while about 60 were arrested.
The troops are  still  combing  the mountain to fish out Boko Haram leaders and fighters believed to be hiding there.
The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Kenneth Minimah and the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Adesola Amosu, both of whom have temporarily relocated to Borno State,  are personally leading   land and air assaults against the sect  in Borno .
In the midst of the gains, the Defence Headquarters  confirmed yesterday its  arrest of a suspected terrorist who claims to be a Cameroonian and an arms courier for Boko Haram.
The arrest of the suspect has led to the discovery of a large cache of arms and ammunition hidden in the premises of a burnt church.
Some of the recovered arms were anti-aircraft guns, rocket propelled guns, General Purpose and other brands of machine guns
A top military source, shedding light on the capture of Mandara Mountain said :”As I talk to you, our troops have captured Mandara Mountain and they are combing the caves in the place to smoke out the terrorists.
“During the encounters, many insurgents were killed and an appreciable number of them arrested.
“Since Tuesday, Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Kenneth Minimah and the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Adesola Amosu have  been directly in charge of the operation. While the Air Chief is guiding the air operation, the chief of army staff is leading the land campaign.
“So, you can see that these service chiefs are providing leadership for the troops in order to ensure that we win the war against the insurgents.”
Asked about a letter purportedly  written by Boko Haram to the military threatening to attack Maimalari Barracks, the source said: “The military authorities have not been informed of that but it won’t be strange if they do so because that is their pattern.
“They are certainly frustrated because as the operation is continuing their fighters are dying and many members of the Boko Haram have been arrested.
“So far, more than 60 insurgents have been arrested in the last five days. We are still on the trail of more  of them.”
The Defence Headquarters yesterday confirmed the arrest of a Cameroonian who is said to be central to the operation and management of Boko Haram armoury.
Spokesman  for   DHQ, Gen. Chris Olukolade, said: “The arrest of a terrorist who claims to be a Cameroonian and an arms courier for the group has led to the discovery of a large cache of arms and ammunition hidden in the premises of a burnt church.
“The weapons, which have now been recovered by troops include anti-aircraft guns, rocket propelled guns as well as the General Purpose and other brands of machine guns , were found buried in the premises of one of the churches earlier burnt by terrorists in Kalabalge Local Government Area of Borno state.
“Also recovered from the location were thousands of ammunition and links.
“The middle aged man who led troops on the cordon and search operation towards the recovery was one of the terrorists captured in recent raids”.
Olukolade said that the  weapons were stockpiled to be used in a pending attack on some communities around Nigeria- Cameroon border.
The weapons have all been evacuated while Guard locations and patrols are being maintained in the general area and the surrounding localities.
The military claims could not be independently verified.
On the operation in Borno State, the DHQ said: “ troops have continued with various operations assigned to the formations involved in the counter terrorist campaign.
“The caves of a particular mountain captured overnight are  undergoing a thorough search for terrorists who are believed to have fled there in the wake of the ongoing offensive on various terrorist enclaves. Arms are also the object of the cordon and search.
“The Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Kenneth Minima has been checking on deployment and troops disposition in various locations of the theatre of the counter terrorist campaign in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states.
“The army chief who is in company of his Air Force counterpart, Air Marshal Adesola Amosu, also visited troops who were wounded in the course of the operation so far, in the Military Hospital in Maiduguri.
“The Chiefs were assured by the commander of the Hospital, Brig-Gen Okeke that most of the wounded soldiers were in stable condition and that some who have recovered very well, expressed their desire to rejoin their units and colleagues in the operation.
“The army chief however directed that the hospital should not hesitate to let him know the requirement for any case requiring referral or further treatment anywhere.
“The service chiefs are also undertaking a comprehensive air surveillance of the entire mission area in addition to the direct inspection of some key locations where operations are being conducted.”

Tiger nuts and its Benefits

Everyone in Nigeria grew up eating Tiger nuts. Ok that is an assumption but for most people we grew up eating it and we even called it “ofio” or "Aya" I think that’s the spelling. Anyway, it always came out a few weeks to rainy season. At least I always remembered eating it around March. Tiger nuts has a lot of benefits that we do not even realize and I’m increasingly realizing that a lot more can be done with it apart from chewing and spitting it out or swallowing it for the fiber property. I made some tiger nut milk by blending the tiger nuts and squeezing the juices out of it the same way you would do with coconut. This could be used in many desserts as it would add a different level of flavor to it. There are a few benefits of tiger nuts that I know and you can find them below;
  • It has the ability to help you get rid of excess fluid in the system thereby helping you lose water weight.
  • It helps soothe the gums if you have ulcer of the gums
  • It has a great anti-inflammatory property. It helps reduce inflammation in the body. It is especially good for people with arthritis or people suffering from gastro intestinal tract inflammation.
  • It also has great protein content and is a good source of vitamin E and we all know the benefits of Vitamin E.
  • It contains great minerals like Iron and potassium and Iron is especially important for women so please take note.

Enugu Attack: We Want to Reaffirm Biafra's Independence

A pan-Biafra organisation, the Biafra Zionist Federation (BZF), formerly Biafra Zionist Movement (BZM), led by British trained lawyer Benjamin Onwuka, has claimed responsibility for the attack on the Enugu Government House.
The group said its motive was to hoist the Biafra flag and “reconfirm the independence of the Republic of Biafra.”
Over 500 members of the Biafra Zionist Federation were arrested and detained by the police on November 5, 2012, at Enugu, after it re-declared the Republic of Biafra.
Members said Nigeria “must vacate Biafra by March 31 and failure to do so will result in a blood bath.”
Onwuka, who led the Enugu invasion, told reporters in Enugu that “since January 12, 1970, the Biafra flag has never rested in Government House, Enugu, which is the Biafra’s centre of power.”
He said they were unarmed, saying they only brought flags, sticks and ropes to hoist the flags, which also included that of Israel. “We don’t know how the police came up with the story of machetes, cutlasses and charms.”
Onwuka said: “What we did on March 8 was to re-confirm the independence of the Republic of Biafra, which we successfully did. We didn’t attack the Government House. But we captured it for the Biafra people. We battled for four hours from 3 a.m. By 7 a.m., we retreated because we didn’t have any weapons, to avoid loss of life.
“And the reason why we did it was to show the Biafra people that the hope of Biafra is still alive. And nothing shall quench the aspirations of the people to be independent. And that independence has resurrected. So the Biafra flag was raised at the Government House on March 8. And I, Benjamin Igwe Onwuka led the operation.”
The group warned the police to free four of their members. “Those boys must be freed now because what Nigeria is going to face soon would not be forgotten easily.
It called for the unity of pan-Biafra organisations, such as MASSOB, MEND, Bakassi Peninsular Boys, Zionism and others.
The BZF, which drew a new map of Biafra, including Benue, Kogi, Delta, Edo, Bayelsa, Rivers, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Ebonyi, Anambra, Enugu, Imo, Abia and southern Ondo, said there was no division among these groups

A man, Bello Dankogol, is being held by the State Security Service (SSS) in Bauchi after being arrested by security operatives with 15 AK 47 rifles in his car. Bauchi State spokesman of the SSS, Kabiru Abdulsamad, said Bello Dankogol was arrested following an intelligence report Friday. Abdulsamad said he concealed the rifles in his Toyota Solara car with registration number HM 605 EKY when nabbed. He said Dankogol was able to supply 47 rifles between July 2013 and January 2014 to members of criminal gangs. Dankogol confessed supplying arms to criminals in Jos and transporting fire arms from Gambaru town in Cameroon via Maiduguri -Bauchi road to Plateau State, the SSS spokesman said. “The suspect further confessed that this was the sixth time of transporting fire arms from Maiduguri to Plateau”, he said as he urged the general public to support security operatives in the fight against criminal activities. Abdulsamad added: “Parading the suspect before you is to make Nigerians know that the crises rocking parts of the country have nothing to do with religion or politics”. Dankogol who confirmed that it was his sixth run from Cameroon to Plateau claimed to be on errand as he received N100,000 for each run. Asked how he was able to beat security checks, he said: “I used to load the fire arms under the booth, so when I get to security check points, they only check the surface of the booth while some will pass me without any check”.

Jonathan sacks heads of aviation agencies in Nigeria

President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday approved a major reorganisation in the Ministry of Aviation with changes in all the parastatals.
A terse statement by the Special Assistant (Media) to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Sam Nwaobasi, said the Director of Projects in the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, Saleh Dumona, would replace Mr. George Uriesi as managing director of FAAN.
Also, the General Manager (Procurements) in Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, Ibrahim Abdulsalam is to replace Nnamdi Udoh as managing director.
The Government Safety Inspector & International Civil Aviation Organisation Focal Point for Nigeria on Aircraft Safety Information Systems, Capt. Samuel Caulcrick, takes over from Capt. Chinyere Kalu as the Rector of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology.
The Commissioner, Accident Investigation and Prevention Bureau, Capt. Muhktar Usman, replaces Capt. Fola Akinkuotu as director general of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority “subject to confirmation by the Senate.”
Benedict Adeyileka is to act as the director general of the NCAA, pending Usman’s confirmation by the Senate.
The Director of Licensing in NCAA, Dr. Felix A. Abali, is to replace Capt. Muhktar Usman as commissioner, AIPB.
However, Tony Anuforo retains his position as director general of the Nigerian Meteorological Agency.
The sacking of the CEOs came barely one month after the removal of the Minister of Aviation, Ms. Stella Oduah, and others by Jonathan.
But the ex-minister had maintained that she decided to leave the cabinet to pursue political interests.
In October last year, there were reports that with the approval of the minister, the NCAA purchased two bulletproof BMW cars at an allegedly inflated rate of N255m.
The development sparked a general outcry with many Nigerians and groups calling for Oduah’s sacking and prosecution.
The House of Representatives subsequently mandated its Committee on Aviation to probe the allegation against her. Its report indicted the former minister.
The committee set up by Jonathan to probe the N255m bulletproof car scandal also indicted the ex-minister.
On December 19, 2013, the House endorsed the report of its committee and agreed that the minister breached the 2013 Appropriation Act.
The committee therefore asked the President to review Oduah’s appointment for approving expenditure of over N643m for the NCAA to procure 54 vehicles last year.
The spokesperson for the House, Mr. Zakari Mohammed, had explained that the lawmakers wanted the minister sacked.
He had said, “The word ‘review’ here means a change in status. It is a mild way of saying that Mr. President should sack the minister.”
A major recommendation of the Aviation committee, which was adopted had read, “The House urges the President to review the continued engagement of the Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah, for having contravened the Appropriation Act, 2013 and the approved, revised thresholds by exceeding the Ministry of Aviation’s approval limit of N100m by the purchase of 54 vehicles valued at N643m.”
Although Jonathan confirmed the receipt of the report of the presidential committee chaired by a former Head of Service of the Federation, Alhaji Sali Bello, he had yet to make a pronouncement on it.
Other members of the presidential panel included the National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki and Vice-Marshal Dick Iruenabhere.
The panel, like that of the House, also discovered that Oduah’s approval for the cars exceeded the N100m limit for ministers.
Although the committee indicted Oduah, it did not say whether she should be sacked or not.
But Jonathan used the cabinet shake-up that followed the presentation of his ministerial list to the National Assembly to relieve himself of the moral burden of Oduah’s continued presence in his government.
Two aviation experts said the sacking was expected, except for Akinkuotu who spent barely six months in office.
The President, Aviation Roundtable, Capt Dele Ore, said, “I think what government is trying to do with the sacking of almost all the heads of the aviation agencies is to dismantle the structure put together by the former minister.
“I have always said it that whatever she did would go with her, and we can see the result now. The painful part is the removal of Akinkuotu; Oduah actually did not allow that man to do anything in the very few months he was DG. She tied his hands.
“I actually think his removal is an aberration. I think the removal of the man shows that we have shot ourselves in the foot by that particular action. It is likely to weigh against the country in terms of the oncoming audit by the United States Federal Aviation Agency.
The Chief Executive Officer, Centurion Aviation Safety and Security Consult, Mr. John Ojikutu, said the action by the Federal Government was expected.
He said, “There is nothing unusual about it. The fact remains that most of them came in at the pleasure of the minister, and once the minister goes, it is normal that the heads of those agencies would go too.
“The only one that is sad about is that of the NCAA DG, who was there for barely six months. It is the most surprising of the whole thing. They did not even allow him to work, it is rather unfortunate. The truth is that I believe that this is just the beginning.”

COLDPLAY RELEASES NEW SINGLE, MAGIC

Magic is billed as the official lead single from Ghost Stories, Coldplay’s sixth studio disc due out in May.

First, there was Midnight; now there’s Magic.
After surprise-releasing a so-so new song last week that suggested frontman Chris Martin had been bro-ing down with Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, Coldplay dropped another fresh tune on the internet late on Sunday.
Magic is billed as the official lead single from Ghost Stories, Coldplay’s sixth studio disc, due out on May 19. The album will follow up Mylo Xyloto, which came out in 2011.
Like Midnight, Magic is decidedly lower-key than earlier Coldplay songs, with Martin’s delicate falsetto floating over a muted drum-machine beat. But where the first track never provides much beyond a vibe, this one offers up a sumptuous vocal melody — and a surprisingly soulful one at that — as Martin insists, “I don’t want anybody else but you.”
